Three-Scented bellaverde® Rolls

  1. Thaw spring roll wrappers and place in the fridge the night before.
  2. Cut bellaverde® flower heads lengthwise into 4 parts.
  3. Finely cut the hot peppers and coriander. Add the white sesame seeds. Mix with the soy sauce and marinate for 1 hour.
  4. Separate one roll wrapper at a time. Place marinated bellaverde® in a corner and fold like an envelope, sealing the tip with a touch of whipped egg white.
  5. When the rolls are done, fry them in very hot oil until they are golden and crisp.
  6. Serve with sweet chilli sauce or mayonnaise.
