Bellaverde® Salad with Light Pear Garlic Sauce

Pear garlic sauce:


  1. Put a pot with water on the burner and bring water to a boil.
  2. Scald the bellaverde® for 5 minutes. Then place it in a bowl with cold water. Drain the pieces well, cut them and put them aside.
  3. Cook potatoes and carrots in boiling water until tender. Then place in a bowl with cold water. Drain and put aside.

Pear garlic sauce preparation:

  1. Peel and clean the pears and cut them into chunks.
  2. Put the pieces into boiling water for 5 minutes, and then place them in cold water.
  3. When the pear slices are cold, place them in the mixing pot together with the clove of garlic, the lecithin and the salt. Mix it all together to form a homogeneous sauce.
  4. Pour the oil into the pot.
  5. Place the blade of the mixer deep into the pot, turn on at maximum speed and keep at the bottom of the pot during 15 seconds. Begin lifting it slowly until it is at the top and the sauce has blended well.
  6. It is crucial that once the mixer is removed the sauce is completely blended. If additional salt is needed, it should be blended in by hand.
