Sautéed bellaverde® with Prawns

  1. Put a pot with water and a pinch of salt on the burner and bring water to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile finely chop the garlic.
  3. Scald the bellaverde® for 2 minutes. Then place it in a bowl with cold water. Drain and put aside.
  4. Meanwhile combine the oyster sauce, the Kikkoman sauce and the sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
  5. Heat a saucepan with a trickle of oil.
  6. When the pan is very hot, on high, add the bellaverde®, garlic and prawn. Sauté for 2 minutes. Then pour the sauce and sauté everything for several minutes while stirring the vegetables and prawn.
  7. Serve with toasted cashews and some soybeans sprinkled on top.
