Method

  1. Put a pot with plenty of water on the burner and bring water to a boil.
  2. Scald the bellaverde® for 5 minutes. Then place it in a bowl with cold water. Drain the pieces well and put them aside.
  3. Wrap a slice of ham around each bellaverde® shoot. Dip them first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. Put aside.
  4. Pour plenty of oil onto a pan and place on high heat. When hot, fry the breaded bellaverde® until golden brown.
